Nambawan Super announced today that it will commence fencing of its 9-mile land Portions, sometimes referred to as Bushwara.

Today, NSL announced no agreement has been reached with the NCDC regarding land that would resolve the issue of squatters living on NSL’s 9-mile land holdings.

During the past 3-months, the Project Manager has engaged stakeholders in the hope of reaching a win-win resolution that would allow settlers to remain on site through a land swap.

Today, NSL and the Department of Lands and Physical Planning signed a Memorandum of Understanding that will secure NSL’s lease for Portion 2158, at 9 Mile.

Nambawan Super has announced the appointment of a new Project Management team that will commence work on the 9-Mile project.

On Monday 16 November 2020, the Court ruled in favour of Nambawan Super’s primary rights over the land portions 2156, 2157, and 2159.
