Nambawan Super Limited (NSL) provides the following update regarding ongoing site preparation works at its 9-Mile Land and formally reiterates that the land is privately owned and not open for settlement, occupation, clearing, construction, or unauthorised access.

Site Management update

O.M Holdings Limited (Oilmin) was recently appointed as the new Site Manager for NSL’s 9-Mile Land Project through a standard and transparent tender process, replacing Like Consultancy Limited.

As part of site management activities, NSL, through Oilmin is providing short-term employment opportunities for youths within the surrounding community around NSL’s 9-Mile Land. These works involve vegetation clearing around the four (4) registered land portions within the project area and form part of responsible site maintenance and land management.

No Trespassing

NSL is the legal owner of the 9-Mile Land, held in trust for more than 235,000 hardworking Papua New Guinean Members. The property forms part of NSL’s long-term investment portfolio.

The land is not available for settlement, occupation, clearing, construction, or access without authorisation.

NSL does not recognise and will not entertain any illegal settlement on the property. Any individual found trespassing, damaging, or vandalising NSL property, including the boundary fence, will face prosecution.

NSL’s 9-Mile Land is not for sale

No person or group is authorised to sell land on behalf of NSL. Any such representation is illegal. NSL will not be held liable for fraudulent sales.

Buyers are responsible for conducting proper checks and due diligence before purchasing land or constructing any structures. Verification of land ownership is important.

Anyone approached by individuals claiming to sell NSL land must immediately report the matter to the 9-Mile Project Site Team on 180 1599 or email: CallCentre@nambawansuper.com.pg.

This notice is not connected to any eviction exercise currently conducted in the National Capital District. It is a preventative measure to secure NSL’s property during ongoing development activities.

NSL will continue to provide updates through its official communication channels as development progresses.

Members and the public must rely only on verified information issued directly by Nambawan Super Limited.
