It is important that Members update their Beneficiaries so that their loved ones can access their Superannuation funds, in the event of their passing.

If a Member that passes on has not indicated their Beneficiaries, it increases the risk of fraud and there is a process involved that can be lengthy, to ensure that the appropriate family members or loved ones receive their savings.

Save your loved ones from further heartache today, by ensuring your Beneficiary listing is up to date.

To do so, fill in a Member Detail Update Form (MDUF) and complete the Member Detail Update process.

What is an MDUF?

If you don't have online access and need to update your Member details, you will need to fill in a MDUF and provide it to your Human Resources team to endorse.
