Nambawan Super Limited (NSL) recently continued its ongoing engagement in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville (AROB) to strengthen its relationship with Members and businesses and bring its services closer to the people it serves. This included on-ground engagement activities in the regional urban townships of Arawa and Buin, which serve as key commercial hubs and administrative centres.
NSL remains committed to its Members and Employers in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville (AROB), emphasising that financial security, employment, and retirement savings remain vital as the region considers its future, while ensuring continued access to superannuation services regardless of upcoming administrative changes.
As a result of its recent engagements, NSL welcomed Buin-based DNK Limited as a new Employer. DNK Limited and Arawa-based Ideal Hardware are also progressing their applications to become approved Housing Advance Suppliers for NSL Members. Subject to approval and completion of onboarding, their services are expected to commence within the months to come. Meanwhile, another Buin-based establishment, Seikei Limited, has reaffirmed its position as an existing NSL Housing Advance supplier and is progressing its registration to become a contributing Employer with the Fund.
These partnerships will provide Members with more options to source building materials locally when using their Housing Advance benefits, helping reduce the need to transport materials from other centres. They also create opportunities for local businesses to grow, support employment and contribute to the region’s economy.
NSL congratulated DNK Limited on joining the Fund and acknowledged Seikei Limited’s continued partnership.
“Having local businesses work with NSL creates more opportunities for our Members and strengthens our relationships with the communities we serve. We encourage more businesses across Bougainville and throughout the country to partner with NSL, meet their superannuation obligations and help their employees prepare for a secure retirement,” NSL said.
NSL is also committed to making superannuation accessible to more people as the workforce grows and changes.
NSL is for Everyone. This includes public and private-sector employees, as well as self-employed, small business owners and informal workers who can save for their future through NSL’s Choice Super product.
As superannuation is often a Member's largest lifetime investment, the Fund remains dedicated to protecting and growing these assets so that Members can have full confidence their savings will deliver long-term dignity and financial security in retirement.
NSL will continue to engage with Members, Employers and businesses across AROB and the country to bring its services closer to the people it serves, create more opportunities for Members and support their long-term financial security.
