More than 100 Members across Buka, Arawa and Buin have participated in Nambawan Super Limited's (NSL) Financial Literacy Training (FLT), highlighting the growing importance of financial awareness, saving and retirement planning in the region.
The training sessions were part of NS L's ongoing engagement in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville (AROB). This initiative brought practical financial knowledge directly to existing Members, Choice Super Members, and interested individuals looking to better manage their finances, prepare for retirement, and access superannuation.
NSL recognises that as AROB plans for its future, financial security, employment opportunities, and retirement savings will remain vital for individuals, families, and communities. Through these trainings, NSL is reinforcing its commitment to supporting AROB Members and Employers.
As a Fund for everyone, NSL serves people across all sectors, including public and private industries, small businesses, and the informal economy. Through Choice Super, self-employed individuals, subsistence farmers, informal, and small business owners can also save for the future and build a financial safety net for retirement.
The strong turnout across Buka, Arawa, and Buin highlights the value of bringing financial education directly to local communities. This positive response reinforces NS L's commitment to continue engaging with Members, Employers, and communities across AROB with the services and information needed to achieve better retirement outcomes.
NSL's flagship Financial Literacy Training is offered free of charge to all NSL Employers and Members.
