Assumptions
Projected super balance at retirement:
The projected total super balance takes into account your starting balance, employee and employer contributions, any additional voluntary contributions as well as interest earned between now and your retirement.
Retirement age:
We have assumed a default retirement age of 65. This can be adjusted in the calculator.
Working life:
The calculator assumes that you will have a continuous working life with no breaks up to your retirement age.
Interest rate:
The default investment returns have been set at 6.0%. This is based on the Nambawan Super 10-year average interest rate.
Employee contributions:
PNG Superannuation laws dictate that 6% is the mandatory minimum contribution for employees to make. Employees may choose to contribute more than the minimum.
Employer contributions:
PNG Superannuation laws dictate that 8.4% is the mandatory minimum contribution that employers have to make. Employers may choose to contribute more than the minimum.

Nambawan Super Limited (NSL) is currently seeking to recruit a suitably qualified, experienced and highly-motivated individual for the position of Contact Centre Agent based at NSL Head Office in Port Moresby.
This position reports to the Team Leader Contact Centre, and is responsible for providing quality front line customer service to our NSL members and support to all NSL members’ queries through the Call Centre and Email interaction.
Key responsibilities include:

Adhere to schedule to ensure Contact Centre availability to our NSL Members.

Ensure all inbound calls are attended to promptly and within the required call waiting time.

Achieve a Grade of Service daily above the Set Target.
-
Achieve weekly individual Overall Call Quality Performance evaluation result of 95% and above.

Ensure effective quality services is delivered through Contact Centre and Call Centre emails.

Batch listings received from relevant stakeholder is filed accordingly for Banking Confirmation Letters to Members.

Assist with importing of pending documents for benefits payments and maintenance forms.

Ensure all Members are attended to promptly in terms of queries and refunds through phone and email.

Provide support to the Branches for any correspondences.

Liaise directly with relevant stakeholder for payments/exits statements/Contributions /SMS & Online and Member Details Update Form.

Liaise with Finance for banking and reconciliation.

Cross-sell Nambawan Super Limited’s products when liaising with Member.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Management, Finance or Business Administration.

Customer-Facing Experience.

Minimum 1 year in a similar role or Customer Service Experience.

Excellent communication skills.

Attention to detail.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Self-reliant, highly motivated and resilient individual and can work under minimal supervision.
